hi there! I'm Kelly.
I'm a certified holistic health & nutrition coach who has helped thousands of women stop binge eating, emotional eating & overeating.
I started my first diet when I was 17, and little did I know how it would change my life for the next ten years. I became a chronic dieter, binge eater, food obsessed, and all I wanted to do was be normal around food.
As soon as I learned that what I was doing was all wrong & created a path against diet culture, I was able to stop binge eating, lose weight with ease, and finally have food be an afterthought.
