I'm a nutritionist and eating psychology coach who has helped thousands of women stop binge eating, emotional eating & overeating.

I started my first diet when I was 17, and little did I know how it would change my life for the next ten years. I became a chronic dieter, binge eater, food obsessed, and all I wanted to do was be normal around food.
