Here are some FAQ's!

Q: HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK?

A: Everyday for 5 days beginning on Monday, May 1st, you'll have five days of incredible trainings through this challenge. You'll receive an email first thing in the morning with an easy-to-do assignment that helps you break free from binge eating & overeating. The Live training will go in deeper of the content where you'll get real life coaching, plenty of motivation, and a-ha moments like you've never experienced. You then can submit the secret words on your roadmap and be entered to win $50 Amazon Gift Cards at the end of the challenge!

 

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE FACEBOOK?

A: No Facebook, no problem! That's why we have our All-Access page where you can get all of the guides and replays of the daily trainings! While you DON'T need Facebook for this, the community is a huge part of this challenge. You have other women who are supporting you, cheering you on, and most importantly? Get what you're going through. Many people have created a random Facebook account just for the challenge, and deleted it after! Completely up to you!

 

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A DAY?

A: It's all good! Life happens! That's why we have the All-Access Page where you can catch up if you need! The biggest thing I want you to remember is ANYTHING you do this week is a win. If you do ONE thing different than you would've normally done this week? That is a WIN in our book.

 

Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL OF THE TRAININGS FOR?

A: Even though the challenge is only 5 days - you'll have extra access to everything inside the challenge! The community group and all the video replays are available for after 6 days until the challenge ends - so you have time to catch up if need be! And the workbooks and all the guides?
